Tabernacle
The Blessed Sacrament is in a separate chapel located to one side of the main worship space. The tabernacle is placed in a central tower of granite, much like the medieval "sacrament houses" of northern Europe. The sanctuary lamp is placed in the tower above the tabernacle. The design of the tabernacle door is based on a Vincentian cross and repeats on all four sides. The tabernacle is made of polished, hammered and satin finished bronze and silver metal. The tower is of Mountain Rose granite finished with different textures to create variations in color and form.
