A decision was made early in the design process to provide a fully accessible sanctuary to those with disabilities. The reading desks of both ambo and cantor's lectern can be raised and lowered to accommodate a wheelchair. The altar is also adaptable for either a standing priest or one in a wheelchair by removing four wood blocks and lowering the mensa. The furnishings are made of oak and walnut wood, Dakota mahogany granite and bronze details.
